You should always place your trash out the night before your pick up day by 10 pm to ensure you are not missed.

When in doubt, set it out. We will make determinations on passable road conditions on an hourly basis when there are inclement weather conditions. The safety of our employees will always be considered first. If your pick up is more than one day late due to weather conditions, more than likely we will not make up your service until the following week.
We currently offer 96gallon containers and 65gallon containers. Please contact our office for pricing.
Tires, automotive batteries, yard waste, wet paint, metal, concrete, tile, large appliances, construction debris, etc. are prohibited in your trash container.
We will provide a replacement can at no charge for normal wear and tear or theft.
However, you are responsible for the upkeep and cleaning of your can. We do not replace cans because they are dirty.
If the damage is due to neglect by the customer, there will be a $70 replacement fee for the can.
Stanley Sanitation customers are aloud to set out 1 personal container or extra bags of trash beside their provided container, once a month to be picked up free of charge. We ask that you notify our office to ensure everything you have out is picked up.
If you have any boxes you need picked up, please break them down and notify our office to ensure they are picked up.
We are currently unable to do any bulk pick ups.
Please leave your container out by the road until the end of the day. Sometimes the timing of our pick up changes and we do not want to miss you if we come later than expected.
It is required that you pay a $15 delivery fee at the set up of your account. We also charge removal and redelivery fees if your cart is removed due to nonpayment.
Starting December, 2021, we will now be implementing a 10% late fee if your bill is not paid by the due date (15th) of every month.
We are no longer able to go back to pick up any trash that was not set out on time. If you have missed your pickup for the week, please have your trash out in a timely manner on your next scheduled pick-up day. We request all residential customers have their trash out by 9 pm the evening before their pick-up day.
